Baggage Policy

Spirit Airlines allows passengers to carry one personal item that can fit under the seat or the overhead bins. The dimensions for personal items or bags are 18 x 14 x 8 inches.

Passengers with Go Comfy and Go Big air tickets are allowed one carry-on (22 x 18 x 10 inches) and checked luggage (maximum of 62 linear inches and 50 pounds weight). Anything exceeding the limited number, weight, and dimensions will have an additional cost. Passengers flying with GO and Go Savvy seat tickets have to pay for checked baggage.

Note that the airline does not allow luggage that exceeds 100 lb and measures more than 80 linear inches.
