Baggage Policy

Carry-On Allowance:

Economy Class –

• Up to 1 bag allowed.
• The dimensions of the bag must not exceed 22 x 15x 8 inches.
• The weight of the bag must not exceed 15 lbs.
• The baggage must fit in the overhead bin or below the seat in front of you.

First and Business Class –

• Passengers can carry up to 1 briefcase and one handbag.
• The dimensions of the briefcase must not exceed 18 x 14x 8 inches.
• The dimensions of the handbag must not exceed 22 x 15 x 8 inches.
• The total weight of carry-on baggage must not exceed 26 lbs.

Checked Baggage Allowance:

Passengers traveling from/to North and South America –

Economy Class –

• Passengers can carry up to 2 pieces of baggage.
• The dimensions of the bag must not exceed 62 linear inches.
• The weight of the bag must not exceed 50 lbs.

Business/First Class –

• Passengers can carry up to 2 pieces of baggage.
• The dimensions of the bag must not exceed 62 linear inches.
• The weight of the bag must not exceed 70 lbs.

Please note that any baggage weighing between 50-70 lbs. would be charged at $25 USD. Any bag weighing over 70 lbs. will not be accepted.
