Israir Airlines is an Israeli airline that operates scheduled domestic flights from Sde Dov Airport, Haifa Airport, Ben Gurion International Airport, and Eilat Airport. It also caters international charter services from its main base situated at Ben Gurion International Airport. It was established in 1989 as Knafei HaEmek but later got renamed to Israir Airlines in 1996. Carry-on Baggage
Passengers traveling on Jet aircraft are entitled to bring a carry-on baggage leveling up to the weight limit of 18 lbs. and dimensions not exceeding 20 x 16 x 8 inches.
Passengers traveling on ATR aircraft are permitted to bring a carry-on baggage with its dimensions not exceeding 20 x 16 x 8 inches and weighing not more than 11 lbs. Only soft bags are allowed. No trolley cases of any kind are permitted into the ATR aircraft.
Checked Baggage
Domestic flight passengers can carry checked baggage up to the weight limit of 33 lbs.
International travelers can bring checked baggage up to the permissible weight limit of 44 lbs.
The maximum dimensions of checked baggage should not be more than 43 inches in either of the flights; which is inclusive of wheels, side pockets and handles.
