About Eurowings (EW) Flights
Operating as Lufthansa’s low-cost airline brand, Eurowings came into existence in 1993. This German Airline is headquartered in Düsseldorf, serving a network of domestic and European destinations along with some long-haul routes. The airline maintains its bases at several locations like Düsseldorf Airport, Hamburg Airport, Vienna International Airport, Cologne Bonn Airport and Berlin Tegel Airport. Eurowings was formed when two commuter airlines, Reise- und industrieflug and Nurnberger Flugdienst merged.
The airline has codeshare agreements with Air Canada, Singapore Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Swiss International Air Lines, Australian Airlines, Lufthansa, United Airlines and TUI Fly Deutschland.
Connectivity and Fleet Size
Eurowings flights fly to more than 150 destinations to all prime cities in Europe and to some major destinations worldwide such as Las Vegas, Seattle, Miami, Orlando, Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, Cape Town, Windhoek, Montego Bay, Phuket, Varadero, Havanna, Bangkok, Cancun, etc.
Eurowings currently operates about 60 in service aircraft.

Carry- On Baggage
Each passenger is allowed to take one item of hand luggage on-board. The maximum weight of the bag must not exceed 18 lbs. and the maximum dimensions must not exceed 21 x 16 x 9 in.
Passengers are also allowed to carry one personal item like laptop, briefcase, handbag, etc. with maximum dimensions allowed up to 16 x 12 x 4 inches.
Those traveling with infants or differently abled people are allowed to carry pram and wheelchair respectively.

Passengers traveling on Eurowings with best fare tickets are allowed to carry two bags weighing up to 51 lbs. each.
Passengers traveling on Eurowings with Smart and Standard Fare tickets are allowed to take one bag weighing up to 51 lbs.
