About EgyptAir (MS) Flights
Established in1932, EgyptAir is the flag carrier of Egypt. EgyptAir became a member of Star Alliance network, the largest airline alliance in the world in 2008 and also joined the Arab Air Carriers Organization and Arabesk Airline Alliance in the same year. EgyptAir’s Star Alliance membership is unique for being the only airline based in the Middle East and North Africa that is a part of the network. EgyptAir reservations are available to destinations in the Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
EgyptAir headquarters are located in EgyptAir Administrative Complex, Cairo, Egypt. The airline flies with a company slogan “Enjoy the Sky” with its primary hub at Cairo International Airport. It has codeshare agreements with Gulf Air, Air Canada, Ethiopian Airlines, Air India, Lufthansa, United Airlines, Thai Airways, Brussels Airlines and much more.

Passengers traveling with EgyptAir can relish the special meals onboard EgyptAir flights. The airline’s standard meals are halal and are prepared in accordance with Islamic dietary law. Passengers who have special dietary needs can enjoy hot diabetic meals (healthy and sugar free), kosher meals (no pork, cured meats or rabbit meat), seafood meals (fish and other seafood only), vegetarian meals (no meat served) and various other special meals.
The airline offers a vast selection of in-flight entertainment. Passengers can enjoy their favorite movies, music, TV programs and children can play games or can watch their much-loved cartoon movies.
The airline offers in-flight connectivity “ONAIR” onboard A330-300 aircraft. By this service the travelers can use the internet, calling facility, SMS/MMS service to remain in touch with their family and friends on board.
“Horus” an official magazine of EgyptAir is also available to passengers on all flights.
EgyptAir allows its First and Business Class passengers to bring two pieces of carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 17lbs.
Economy Class travelers are allowed to carry one piece with maximum weight of 17lbs.
Passengers traveling with an infant can carry one fold-up collapsible stroller as carry-on baggage.
Passengers traveling from/via the USA can bring the below-mentioned items in hand luggage –
A purse, eyeglasses and sunglasses, travel documents, contact lenses with a small amount of liquid, prescription medications, keys, hairbrush, cigarettes without a lighter, laptop computer, personal hygiene products like a handkerchief, tissues, women’s hygiene products, etc.
First and Business Class passengers are allowed to bring two items of baggage with maximum dimensions up to 62 inches. The maximum weight of each checked baggage must not exceed 70 lbs.
Economy Class passengers can also bring two checked-in baggage with maximum dimensions up to 62 inches each. However, each checked bag must not weigh over 50 lbs. each.
Passengers of all classes traveling with an infant are allowed to carry only one piece of checked baggage not weighing over 50 lbs.
