About Copa Airlines (CM) Flights
With its headquarters in Panama City, Copa Airlines was established in the year 1947 as the national airline of Panama. Over 315 daily scheduled flights are operated by the airline that has its main hub at Tocumen International Airport. The airline also operates and owns Colombian airline AeroRepública also known as Copa Airlines Colombia.
Copa Airlines has its own cargo service, Copa Cargo along with a team specializing in transporting different kinds of cargo. The frequent flyer program, ConnectMiles, allows flyers to earn miles for traveling on Copa Airlines and partner airlines. Copa Airlines started its operations with flights to merely three cities in Panama and now flies to 74 destinations including Boston, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Orlando, Tampa, Los Angeles and Washington. As per the official data, Copa Airlines fleet consists of 89 aircraft in service and new orders have been placed for another 62 aircraft.

The airline offers a variety of movies and music channels in three languages - Spanish, English and Portuguese.

The passengers flying with Copa Airlines are permitted to carry checked baggage that measures up to 62 combined linear inches (157 cm) (height + length + width).
Baggage pieces with combined linear measurement over 62 inches (157 cm) and less than 107 inches (272 cm) will be considered excess baggage.
Pieces with over 107 inches 272 cm) of combined linear measurements will not be accepted as baggage and can be transported as cargo.
The wheels on a suitcase are not included in the linear measurement of the suitcase.
Each and every passenger flying on a Copa Airlines flight is permitted to carry one personal item, in addition to the carry-on baggage allowed by the airline.
An additional personal item may include books or magazines, camera tripod, children?s bag, coats or jackets, laptop, handbags, backpacks, umbrella, etc.
The business class and main cabin fliers (ConnectMiles Silver members & Star Alliance Silver) flying with Copa Airlines can have one carry-on bag with linear dimensions not exceeding 46 linear inches (115 cm) length + width + height. The maximum permitted weight of such a carry-on bag should not exceed 10 kg (22 lb).
The business class fliers (Star Alliance Gold, ConnectMiles Gold and Platinum & Presidential Platinum) are permitted to carry two carry-on bags with dimensions not exceeding 46 linear inches (115 cm) each length + width + height. The maximum weight of such a carry-on bag should not be more than 10 kg (22 lb) each.
