About Air Niugini (PX) Flights
Formed in the year 1973, Air Nuigini is the national airline of Papua New Guinea. It took over the established domestic routes and started providing scheduled passenger services on routes that were earlier inaccessible. In the very first year, Air Niugini flights carried 350,000 passengers. Owing to its huge success, more and more local destinations were added to the airline’s route network. By the year end of its maiden operation, the airline also commenced international passenger services offering flights to Brisbane, Manila and Hong Kong.
Air Niugini is headquartered in Port Moresby. It operates flights from its hub at Jacksons International Airport. Its frequent flyer program is called Destinations.

For Interline/Online travel between PNG and North America/Area 1:
Flyers traveling in Business class can check-in up to 2 pieces. The combined weight of both the pieces must not exceed 88 lbs.
Flyers traveling in Economy class can check-in up to 2 pieces. The combined weight of both the pieces must not exceed 66 lbs.
The combined dimensions of both the bags must not exceed 106 inches. The dimensions of a single bag must not exceed 62 inches.
